Is it really such a bad thing that such an antiquated system loses legitimacy? There are absolutely no democratic safety rails for the SC at all. Too few judges, lifelong appointments that lead to totally random ideological imbalances, zero accountability, not even a code of ethics. All of that was true before SC was poised to overturn Roe and endanger the lives and livelihoods of millions of American women. So fuck their legitimacy.
And the idea that leaks or whistleblowing is more significant and more heinous than a fringe-packed court stripping away women's hard-fought rights is so fucking wrongheaded it makes my head spin but you count on Tucker Carlson to take that line.

Overturning 50 years of precedence is nothing compared to throwing away close to 250 of our governing documents. Listen, Benedict Arnold, maybe this was a case of someone who considered liberty to be an unalienable right deeming it necessary to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another?!

Indeed. ..............and I certainly wish him or her the best of luck in implementing their New Fascism by heroically undermining the political institutions of whichever Scandanavian country they will inevitably flee to in their quest for the perfect soy drink - to go with their truly radical, Yale (of course, photo of campus graffiti, below), legal background....... Vive la révolution!................Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?!

I sympathize with this sentiment and actually agree with some of your points, hence why I’ve said whether it’s a good or bad thing for the SC to lose legitimacy is worthy of its own discussion bc it’s a really complex, tricky issue and I kinda got my toes dipped in both camps. However at the same time once all of a society’s basic institutions are delegitimized, subverted and rotted away it’s very hard for that society to not descend into total chaos and even its very survival is threatened. The Supreme Court was the last one standing in this country. That’s why I keep saying this goes beyond Roe, or abortion or any partisan issue in this country for that matter

It is true. It is what she said on her deathbed. She says she’s always been pro-choice. Are you saying she was lying on her deathbed? I post she was a political instrumental, and she knew it. For the right price, she could say everything you expect to hear, even if she was in her deathbed. After all was just a poor soul.- RIP.- You claimed she was against Roe. That is false. Correcting your incorrect information.

I dont want to argue you where a much important subject is on debate like whistleblower at the Supreme Justice. When I post that several years ago, I check well my info, and I made my research about Norma life. I have no idea of what your sources are. And clearly I don't care, just to be kind and lazy I post that I believe you.

There are plenty of sources to back up what the post said. Care to retract?

In fact after I hear about that I havent maken more comments in favor or against abortion. I have not time to search about your data. Sorry. To be kind and makes you happy I post OK, I believe you and your info 100%. End of Disscussion

He is an undercover agent who has worked for 40 years to infiltrate the GOP at the deepest levels and set everything up perfectly for a midterm year so that the Democrats could take total control of everything (except the courts...) because not even they could fuck this up

Nina Totenberg - a Supreme Court coverage legend for NPR - says "the leading theory" is the leak was from a Conservative (really? that's possible certainly......... but I really doubt that.....) and that she doesn't think it will ever be solved (What? GTFO it totally will be solved right?)
But if she's right about either thing.....here's the quotes:

pacinoyes - Kate nailed the mousy timbre of Serena Joy's voice and everything, lol. I also loved the cold open:

Puts pressure on the conservative justices to adhere to the conclusions of that draft, with the added reach for maintaining the "integrity" of the court against external outrage.

These 5 people have got to stand strong against 60% of Americans, lol.

Ok, so are they going to push the vote for tomorrow (Wednesday May 11th) to codify? If so, what do you expect the numbers to be - any Republicans to vote in favor?
Collins, Murkowski (doubt it - Murkowski is the easiest to read) and how about Democrats voting No - Manchin, Sinema? They won't get 60 but I'm not so sure they would actually get 50 (?)

Sinema will vote Yes here - the only thing she opposes is eliminating the filibuster - this is what has given her such notoriety. If Collins votes No, it will definitely be used in attack ads against her in Maine... We'll see.
