A little surprised by your inclusion of EEAO, given your own description of the third act as "Baggy", which is definitely at a script level but also definitely the editing. I think it's definitely more the script than anything else, and also the direction. If Rogers isn't allowed to trim some of those superfluous beats because the Daniels are insistent on keeping them, I can't really fault him for that. And one thing that the film does excel in more than most is that I think it has a very distinct rhythm to it. |

All fair points, but I think the bagginess could've been interminable in another editor's hands, so I do give Rogers credit where credit is due. |
