Another casualty? The Eli Lilly company, who have a stranglehold on the insulin market, had to backtrack after a parody account announced insulin was free. The actual Eli Lilly stepped in, but their stock had already taken a dive. And there’s talk that they may hold Musk and Twitter responsible.
I mean as if the drama wasn’t enough, the insulin debacle is a whole other discussion on its own. I depend on insulin (I also depend on lofty insurance to afford it), so to see people questioning its cost is encouraging. It’s also entertaining to watch the kids fight.

What in the actual fuck? Twitter was far from perfect, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. How did this go so wrong when it was so easy? Was this intentional? Is this some kind of elaborate self-sabotage to shutter Twitter? I don’t understand how you fuck up your new company this colossally.

This isn't just the death of an app, it's the death of democracy itself," said Timothen Fordlestan, another journalist at the Washington Post. "This will be my last tweet on this platform."

interesting read and watch (although i have some qualms such as electric vs gas) for anyone that’s a fan of elon or is on the fence in regards to him. can’t believe his pseudo intellectual persona and 2008 9gag type of humour has worked this well in building a fanbase that somehow know how to ride dick better than even kpop and tswift fans 🤦🏻♂️
