sure he follows up on some promises (he's pretty much the face of renewable technology whether people like it or not, helped make a big step forward with electric vehicles and spacex has actually done a lot for space programs, again there's still an argument to be had as to how much credit he should get for tesla and spacex), but the dude talks out of his ass so much so that people have literally made websites following his broken promises and keeping track of them lmao:

that link you pasted about his greatest accomplishments contains the hyper loop (which was supposed to eradicate traffic jams but has shown to jam up itself, also of which was supposed to have a tunnel that connected new york and washington and even had the government approval to do so according to elon, only to have been completely erased, which again is another broken promise). also has the neuralink company too ahahaha, oh yeah, the company that was supposed to have brain chips out for humans in 2020, still waiting for those tho. gonna be even tougher now that only 2 of the initial 8 scientists remain in that company since the workplace culture is apparently awful according to former employees. also the employees have also even said that his schedules are way too ambitious for the kind of work that needs to be done, yet elon will hop on social media anyways and keep making these dates up just to not end up happening cause he's just that, a business man, not a scientist.
