Titanic, Avatar and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
I'd rank them:
1) Titanic - has its fair share of eye-roll moments due to an occasionally awful script, but the acting is terrific and the sinking sequences really are something to behold. After re-watching it today, I was surprised at the fact that I was never bored once during the whole thing. 8/10
2) Star Wars: The Force Awakens - was great in the theatre, surrounded by hype and anticipation, but on reflection - and a second viewing - it's a pretty forgettable retread of the original Star Wars. 7/10
3) Avatar - again, great in the theatre, but this really is not a good movie. The cast, save Saldana and Weaver, is mostly terrible, and the story is shockingly unoriginal and basic. It's well directed, though. 5.5/10

I actually rewatched Titanic two days ago (which is the 105th anniversary of Jack and Rose's meeting and today is the 105th anniversary of the sinking) and it grew on me a helluva lot. I've always admired the techs but the story got to me this time, especially the way mortality is handled. I still think it has its fair share of cheese and indulgence, but I give it a high 7/10 now and if you'd asked me last week, I would have Force Awakens ahead of it.
So yeah, TFA is a great time and will be super nostalgic, but I do think it rushes in the mid-section too much and loses its magic once you realize it's an ANH retread. Still, easy to fall in love with the characters. 7/10
Avatar didn't even work for me in theatres. I give it a generous 5/10 because I don't think it's awful.

The hour and a half of sinking is tremendous, but I actually think the first 90 minutes is very solid as well. Winslet and DiCaprio make the romance interesting and engaging, and Cameron created an atmosphere of wonder and excitement expertly. |

Both Titanic and Star Wars: The Force Awakens are 10/10 for me. I might prefer Titanic a tad, but it's close enough to not bother differentiating them in rankings.
Avatar is easily last for me at around a 3.5-4/10. Technically impressive, but the design elements are terribly uninteresting for me, the characters are dull as hell (although Saldana does some really good work considering her material), and it at times feels like the ultimate white savior narrative with none of the clever subversions or interesting angles I would have expected from a James Cameron production.

Titanic - 5/10 - I find the script to be too unbearably awful to be overcome by the obviously impressive scope.
Star Wars: Force Awakens - 3.5/10. Good first half hour, then a buncha bad stuff.

Putting Titanic in this company feels wrong given it took a rerelease to get to that mark, and given it's so gigantically superior to either of the other two  Force Awakens a distant and comfortable second, Avatar a long way off in the distance. |

Titanic is the best by a country mile, even with that godawful "modern-day" frame story. The Force Awakens is still a decent film, but very little about it lingers in a positive way (Daisy Ridley is the predominant thing that does, for me). Avatar is hackneyed, sludgelike hokum that in no way feels like it was directed by the man who gave us three of the greatest action films of all time.

"Titanic" - 9/10, Weak parts in the script but overall the epic scale saves it
"Avatar" - 9/10, Tends to lean in to cliche but similar to Titanic the overall scale saves it
"The Force Awakens" - 7.5/10, Overt political correctness weakens a basic retread of A New Hope, enjoyable enough for what it is

the only thing that keeps me from giving Avatar a perfect 10/10 score is mainly it takes too long to get going. But damn that 3rd act is fucking AWESOME and worth the price of admission alone.
