GODDAMN IT you beat me by a few seconds. -______- ANYWAY, I dig it. Thought it would look darker and more thriller-like but I like how surreal it appears.

I was expecting a straight, moody noir, but we're getting Inherent Vice meets The Nice Guys? I'm all in!

Wow, this looks nothing like I expected it to. I'm intrigued, though. The second half of that trailer definitely spiked my curiosity.

Great trailer . I will definitely be checking this out in the summer . I liked It Follows quite a bit , and this looks really wacky (wasn't expecting that at all).

This was one of my most anticipated (and has been for years-- even though I didn't care for It Follows) and is completely different from what I pictured (something in the vain of You Were Never Really Here), but it certainly looks inspired.

Garfield is a good actor, but there's something unappealing about him as a lead.

I'm sure you probably thought this sounded clever and witty in your head, but you need to try harder. I think there's a consistent whiny quality to his characterisations that's difficult for me to root for. He's not Michael Cera, but it's wearing thin. I think Garfield may have more success as a supporting/character actor than a leading man. If you're a Garfield fan, I apologise for the offense.

Garfield is a good actor, but there's something unappealing about him as a lead. I've long thought the same thing (personally, I think he's what keeps The Social Network from being a straight-up 10/10 classic), but 2016 was a very pleasant turnaround for me on Garfield. He fully deserved his Oscar nomination for Hacksaw Ridge, perfectly capturing that old-school sensibility and grounding Desmond Doss as a man rather than playing him up as a heroic icon, and he was also quite strong in Silence even if I still wish that they'd opted for an older actor for Rodrigues.

Andrew's not a leading man. Anyway, if hollywood wants to do an anthony Perkins biopic for whatever reason, they need to cast him.

Anyone else getting an After Hours vibe from the trailer? What with the whole idea of the main character becoming attached to a beautiful stranger and then descending into a surreal nightmarescape where everything hilariously goes wrong for him? I love that shit.
I also love that Garfield seems to be trying something new here. His comic timing is on point and he doesn't seem to be trying too hard. I'm liking him more and more as an actor.

Damn what the hell??? Inherent Vice from this century, it looks pretty damn paranoic in a very awesome, captivating way. Plus, Riley Keough is perfection and it's always good to see Patrick Fischler, it gave me some Mullholand Dr. flashbacks

What do you think?
In the youtube comments, people said it looks like "Paper Towns". Others compared it to "Inherent Vice" and "Mulholland Drive".
