Propaganda films seem like the most obvious choice here, so I'll put them aside. I'd probably erase Iron Man but I doubt even doing so would prevent the inevitable avalanche of capeshit.

If I had to erase a film I don't hate from existence, it would be Frozen and Padmavati (the latter hasn't been released yet). The former to get rid of the ridiculous overexposure, and the latter to not let the overblown controversy ever happen.

The Room. If for nothing else, but I feel like it's popularity spawned the recent epidemic of making a bad movie just for the sake of making a bad movie.

I wouldn't erase any for reasons of quality or influence or anything like that, I'd only erase those films that have been harmful to people - like "Twilight Zone: The Movie" or indeed "The Conqueror".
Erasing films from history is boring - what I'd love to do though is to take films from one decade and show them to audiences in other time periods. Like, what would the reaction be if something like "Avatar" (without any alterations) would've been shown to audiences in 1953? How would they feel about settling into a theatre and then seeing "Goodfellas" or something? It'd be so funny to observe the reactions.

Harry and Tonto, so Michael Corleone or Jake gittes could win best actor Don't hate the player, hate the game. Plus, if Art Carney wasn't nominated, I'm working on the assumption that Gene Hackman would be, and then he'd deserve the win anyways.

Ray Dennis Steckler's filmography for the good of mankind. Sitting through those movies...no one deserves that kind of suffering.
