I like your style, MariaHelena! Tho posted AFTER you robbed Marion of a runner-up. She wasn't winning against Blanchett in '13, but was prolly winning runner-up - No huge deal tho. And.......original release, for me. Monica Vitti is gonna be 1961 for L'Avventura, and Gong Li will be 1992 for Raise the Red Lantern otherwise. That shit just ain't flying. I genuinely assumed that going by US release would be a lot simpler... Guess not. Anyway, keep voting.

Genuine question, why don't a lot of you guys go by U.S release? Wouldn't it make things easier with everything matching up with the Oscars?

Army of Shadows was officially released in US in 2006 I know ! and you have Village Voice / NY Critics giving it the Best Picture Award ignoring 37 years of history.
