Looks good - Benedict Cumberbatch is a beast on TV - he could have won the lead Emmy this year for Patrick Melrose, every year he does something major on TV across styles - I think you may have to go back to say Olivier to find someone like this really for TV.
If he would do some US theater (he's already won the Olivier in the UK) and focus on his more quirky right now film career he'd be a Triple Crown contender no question.

This could be good, with an up and coming playwright adapting and a proven TV director, Toby Haynes, at the helm. Haynes also directed the USS Callister episode of Black Mirror as well as Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, of which I heard some good things.
Nice to see Rory Kinnear. Cumberbatch is never bad, but his know it all, wise ass routine starts to bother me a bit.
Richard Goulding as Boris Johnson looks ridiculous though.
As a european, I'm pretty sick of the Brexit Brexit Brexit howling. Pretty much everyone seems to agree who the bad guys are supposed to be. Hopefully this one gives the story a little bit more shading.

Well I've liked all the other recent HBO political movies, so here's to hoping I feel the same about this one.
