There's been much discussion of the "Triple Crown of Acting" (Emmy, Oscar, Tony) this year, with Glenda Jackson being the latest addition and the possibility of Glenn Close joining her. Bening, Harris, Ruffalo, and Weaver are the only actors to have nominations across all three awards bodies with not a single win from any of them. Please, share your thoughts on these actors - and on their nominated performances. Should any or all of them be Triple Crown winners?

I can't speak to any of their stage work, but Sigourney Weaver and Ed Harris should be multiple winners by now across their various media.

I don't care for Ruffalo, but I LOVE the other three, especially Bening and Harris.

Harris should have one by now and you can tell he's upset he doesn't have one.

quetee - Are you a fan of The Bening? For me, she's easily the most talented of the quartet, and probably the most accomplished.

Oh honey, I would sleep with Ruffalo... if I had to... repeatedly...
but I'm not sure about the others.
