How can First Reformed win Director, Screenplay and Actor and not win Picture? Also Roma won nothing else but Picture.

Very happy for Roma and First Reformed! I'm really hoping Schrader's film is the Tree of Life/Phantom Thread-style over-performing passion pick of this year's nominees. I think it might be. And I'll cheer on every time the masterpiece Roma wins Picture in one of these critic awards because I highly doubt it'll win BP at the Oscars.
