American Pie There’s Something About Mary Bad Santa This is the End
There may be a few more I think of later but I saw all of these in the theater and falling out of my seat laughing during them,

Only one of those I've seen is This Is the End, and I hated every single fucking second of it.
The flat out funniest movies on first watch for me were probably:
Arsenic and Old Lace The Court Jester The Death of Stalin What's Up, Doc?

It's a very uncommon one, but the hardest I've ever laughed was probaly "The Odd Couple II". At some moments I was literally rolling on the floor.
The two other ones that caused similiar uncontrollable reflexes from my body were "Murder by Death" and "Life of Brian".
Also: Arsenic and Old Lace What's up Doc? (that glass pane scene!)

The Big Lebowski.
Also I was thirteen when me and my friend went to see Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo in the movies and we laughed our asses off. I had tears in my eyes during the toilet fries scene. I'm not even that ashamed tbh.

Woody Allen's Love & Death specifically almost killed me and that was even when I didn't know what it was parodying that much either - I mean thinking of Diane Keaton's facial expressions are making me laugh right now....

Yeah, that was another one. I missed some jokes the first time I saw it because I was still laughing about the last line. It's just hilarious and works with many different kinds of humour.

Almost anything Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin did in the 1980's was golden.
Beverly Hills Cop, Trading Places, 48 Hours, Coming To America, The Golden Child
The Man With Two Brains, The Three Amigos, Planes Trains And Automobiles, Roxanne, Parenthood, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
Damned shame these guys started taking themselves so seriously and started losing their funnybone. At their best, probably the two funniest movie comedians ever.

Pretty sure the hardest I laughed at one scene from any of these was Lancelot's charge in the Holy Grail.
