For me it has to be The Theory of Everything. A 3rd rate BBC TV special...

It’s hard for me to pick between all of these:
American Sniper Beasts of the Southern Wild The Big Short Boyhood Dallas Buyers Club Darkest Hour Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close The Help Hidden Figures Moneyball Selma The Theory of Everything
I’ll say The Theory of Everything as well with Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close coming in a close second.

The bottom ten:
American Hustle Black Swan Boyhood Darkest Hour The Descendants Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close The Kids Are All Right Manchester by the Sea The Theory of Everything War Horse
As for the out-and-out worst, either American Hustle (which ruined an otherwise godly lineup) or War Horse.
EDIT: Replaced 127 Hours with the similarly titled Darkest Hour, which I forgot was even a thing.

Can't single out a worst film, but this is a list of films I didn't care for:
Toy Story 3 Winter's Bone War Horse Beasts of the Southern Wild Les Miserables The Big Short Mad Max: Fury Road The Theory of Everything Philomena

Selma. Bland as heck, totally boring and banal filmmaking. Oyelowo sort of saves it though.
All in all I don't really think there've been any terrible films nominated this decade.

IDK if I posted about it on here at the time, but I despised Three Billboards, so it. Darkest Hour and Life of Pi are also extremely mediocre American Sniper posters lmaoo anyways The Martian i guess but i know i would hate at least half of the ones i haven't seen so take that w a grain of salt That's the situation with me as well.

Probably The Theory of Everything. That 2014 lineup in general is pretty weak.

Whiplash has to be the worst from what I've seen. Black Swan, Django Unchained, The Shape of Water, and The Post are all really bad as well.
I've avoided a decent chunk of them though, so keep in mind that, like, The Theory of Everything would probably be a strong contender if I decided to suffer through it.

I'll just do it by year. I'm excluding 2011, though because I've apparently only seen three of the nominated films.
2010- The Kids are All Right. 2011- x 2012- Django Unchained (I know the film has its fans here, but that third act is BEYOND horrible and really sullies the film). 2013- Nebraska (this is a little unfair because I'd give the movie a *** rating... but I just love the other films so much more). 2014- The Theory of Everything (AS isn't very good either, but if I were to watch one or the other again, it'd easily be AS). 2015- Room. 2016- Hidden Figures (if only the film spent more time on the other women rather than Henson's character... refuse to see La La Land, though). 2017- Get Out (but I also really disliked Phantom Thread... I also wasn't keen on Darkest Hour or Lady Bird either... not the best of years).

Ranked in order of quality: Hacksaw Ridge Darkest Hour American Sniper Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close
I never saw War Horse though I kinda suspect it’s the type of film that would be one of my lesser BP noms

I'll do each year:
2010: The Fighter (4.5/10) 2011: Midnight in Paris (3.5/10) 2012: Argo (5/10) 2013: American Hustle (5.5/10) 2014: The Theory of Everything (4.5/10) 2015: The Big Short (7/10 - really decent line-up that year) 2016: Hacksaw Ridge (4/10) 2017: Darkest Hour (4/10)
Overall worst: Midnight in Paris
