It's okay. Much better than the awful second film, but the tone is too oppressive and it's not really all that fun. It's not until Ghost Protocol when the series really found the right tone. PSH is the best thing about the third one, and there are some tense sequences, but I really don't care about the stuff with Hunt and his wife. I'm glad the later films de-emphasize their relationship until Fallout, where the integration of her character is actually handled pretty well.
