Meryl Streep in 1982 for Sophie's Choice and 1983 for Silkwood for me.
I'm usually all about spreading the wealth, but when two performances are this undeniably good (and so different!)...

Joaquin Phoenix for Her in 2013 and The Master in 2012. Jessica Chastain for Zero Dark Thirty in 2012 and The Tree of Life in 2011. Nicole Kidman for Dogville in 2003 and The Hours in 2002 - that was almost three wins back-to-back, as The Others sits in #2 in my 2001 line-up.

Meryl Streep in 1982 for Sophie's Choice and 1983 for Silkwood for me. This one for sure. Off the top of my head I know Matthew McConaughey is my win for Supporting Actor in 2012 & 2013 for Killer Joe and Mud. I'll probably update this later with what I'd expect to be a handful of other instances.

Ruth Gordon: 1968, 1969 (Rosemary's Baby, What Ever Happened to Aunt Alice?)
there might be another one but I don't remember it right now. Pacino had three consecutive wins for Serpico, Godfather II, and Dog Day Afternoon before I saw Lenny and Rocky Horror Picture Show.
