For my money, the best actor and supporting actor performance of the year even though they were nominated together. I pick Macy.

Norton. Macy was great, but leading and also managed to construct a performance which had nowhere near the complexities and intricacies that Norton's had. It's a great performance, but not a GOAT one.

William H. Macy by miles. I like his performance even more than Frances McDormand's, and anyone who knows me knows I fangirl over her.

oh definitely Macy, category fraud aside. Norton is my winner for supporting actor but he doesn't compare to Macy.

Even by removing Category Fraud, it has to be Norton. The kid scared the every last breathig shit inside me, and to think that it was his debut is.........something. Love the performance anyway, and have never been too big on Fargo, let alone on Macy.

Macy. He was very convincing as a corrupt auto salesman.
