Handia won 10 awards but surprisingly La Libreria (The Bookshop) was the winner of Best Film and Best Director.
For the third time Antonio de la Torre arrives with two nominations and not win (he is the actor with more nominations in the history of the Goya but has only won once for Azuloscurocasinegro)
