Where do you think his career goes from these allegations. I don't think he will suffer a full on blacklist like Spacey or Weinstein but it's hard to see for me where goes from here. I still think he should be ok project wise. He does have a lot of friends in the industry.

If money speaks louder, they will give him more opportunities.

Well , I feel like his career will probably suffer quite a blow. And if there are more accusations against him , then yes , he is done !

I'd make a joke about porn, but knowing Franco, it would hardly be surprising if it did go that route.

I mean nobody would want to be involved with someone that has become that controversial. Weinstein and Spacey had a lot of "friends" too in the industry , you know . And where are those friends now ?

He'll probably go back to directing great american novels straight to VOD.

I think he’ll take a bit of a hit, but will ultimately be fine. Comparing him to the likes of Weinstein's and Spacey’s career blows doesn’t make any sense. Plus, you already have people in the industry coming out in support of him, Vanessa Hudgens being the latest person. Whom was his co-star.

He'll be okay. Considering about 90% of the stuff he does is utter trash with the occasional (side note: I always fucking misspell that word) good one thrown in there, I don't see that changing much.

Part of me thinks he’ll be fine. All sexual misconduct is bad but what he’s been accused of is far less than guys like Spacey and Weinstein. Then again, twitter and many media outlets ripped Matt Damon for suggesting that some sexual misconduct is worse than others, so maybe that doesn’t even matter anymore.
At the very least, he could probably go back to making shitty movies based on acclaimed novels that nobody watches.

well he's set to direct like 5 things this year. Maybe they can get Christopher Plummer to do that too.

He'll be fine. The allegations aren't on the same level as Spacey, Weinstein, etc. Frankly, Casey Affleck's allegations sound worse and he just won an Oscar. He seems to be avoiding much of it because he was in the spotlight a year before the MeToo movement.
Franco has said he wants to be part of the conversation and change. People like Ashley Judd have already praised his response.
HBO and co stars from his other films said they never recieved any complaints. The Duece is still writing him in season 2 (this isn't a Spacey situation where he's being completely ostracized). He showed up to SAG and received applause.
It's probably better for him that he didn't get nominated so it isn't brought up and scrutinized everyday for the next month. As long as more serious allegations don't come out - he'll be fine.
