How the fuck is Alien: Covenant nominated? That first cgi alien that popped out of the dues back was awful looking.

I was hoping they'd push Okja here. I kind of hope it makes it even though the steep competition likely says otherwise.

Wow, Transformers didn’t even make the Top 20.
Lol.
Beyond that and Power Rangers, any noticeable missing VFX heavy films?

Wow, Transformers didn’t even make the Top 20. Good. How do you spend fifty fucktons of money, and they look worse than a decade ago? Anyway, I’m predicting: Blade Runner 2049 Dunkirk Star Wars: The Last Jedi War for the Planet of the Apes Wonder Woman

Beauty and the Beast Blade Runner 2049 Dunkirk Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Kong: Skull Island Logan The Shape of Water Star Wars: The Last Jedi War for the Planet of the Apes Wonder Woman
I think these ten will face off at the bake-off. Although, I’m preoaring myself for an epic snub somewhere.
These five I’m predicting to make it:
Blade Runner 2049 Dunkirk The Shape of Water Star Wars: The Last Jedi War For The Planet of the Apes

Total shot in the dark.
1. War for the Planet of the Apes 2. Blade Runner 2049 3. Dunkirk 4. Star Wars: The Last Jedi 5. Wonder Woman
6. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 7. The Shape of Water
Something like that. It'd make sense for The Shape of Water to show up here since it's a strong contender overall and Dunkirk is the only other likely BP nominee to figure heavily in this category, but I'm getting a hunch it'll get Arrival'd.
