if it overperforms i can see cinematography, a nod for harrelson and even a random costume design nod for it.

Picture, Director, Actress, Supporting Actor, Original Screenplay, Editing. Not quite confident on it getting into Score, but it's possible.

I think McDormand and McDonagh's screenplay win, with Picture and Rockwell being very strong threats to win as well.
