That Best Actor line-up is epic. Very inspired choices.
Happy for Gerwig and Ronan even though it's strange that "Lady Bird" missed the BP.
I guess "Three Billboards" wasn't eligible?

What is the elegibility for this? BTW, nice choices. Gotham Award CriteriaThe maximum budget is also 20 million, but I didn't see it on this page for some reason. Also, I read that because Martin McDonagh is a British/Irish citizen, it made Three Billboards ineligible. Although I think Isabelle Huppert was technically ineligible last year, but they bent the rules to allow her nomination. So I guess it depends sometimes. I know that the Spirit Awards are guilty of that too.
