Put this one out before, just curious to see what the results would be in this bastardized incarnation of Oscar Buzz lolololol.
Anyways, for me it's Jane. She doesn't have Meryl's transformative abilities, but she's generally more consistent and naturally compelling.

I chose Fonda. Her character portrait gallery may not be as varied or deep as Streep's, but her performances are always relaxed, genuine, and deeply felt.

I suppose between the two, I choose Streep. Even though I cannot stand her most of the time, I've liked more performances from her than Fonda, but she also has a much larger selection to choose from.

Streep
I like Fonda, but from what I've seen from her, I've only been really impressed by Klute.

Jane. Like Tyler said, relaxed but packs a punch each performance. Unlike Streep, she never screams acting. Also, I can get behind all of her nominations, her best one to me being her first for They Shoot Horses, Don't They?.

Breaking the tie with Jane because I'm sick of Meryl Streep.
