I'll stick to one per show. I have a clear top 3, then the rest are pretty much equally great.
1) The Leftovers - Season 3 2) The Wire - Season 4 3) Fargo - Season 2
Mad Men - Season 4 Seinfeld - Season 4 Twin Peaks: The Return The Sopranos - Season 3 Breaking Bad - Season 5 Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Season 2 The X-Files - Season 3 Deadwood - Season 2 Freaks and Geeks
Edit: Left out The Shield (S7) and The Americans (S4), and felt bad.

The Leftovers - 1/2/3
Game of Thrones - 3/4
BoJack Horseman - 3/4
Planet Earth - 1/2
Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey - 1
It’s Always Sunny (not sure which ones)
I just started watching Curb Your Enthusiam (a couple of episodes in) and I can definitely see that being added to the list.

Twin Peaks: The Return True Detective ~ Season 1. The Wire ~ Season 4. Fargo ~ Season 2. The Shield ~ Season 7. Breaking Bad ~ Season 4. Mad Men ~ Season 4. The Americans ~ Season 4. The Leftovers ~ Season 3. How did my dumb ass not include any BoJack the first time around? Ugh. Was probably trying to just include dramas or something edgy elitist like that. Adding: BoJack Horseman seasons 4 and 5, which are better than everything save for The Return. Also might as well add season 6 of The Americans to this list while I'm at it.

Is BoJack really that good? Oh god yes, it's my favorite series of all-time. If you decide to watch it (which I couldn't encourage more strongly), I'll warn you that the first three episodes are pretty bad. It takes some time for the show to grow into itself, but once it does, it's phenomenal. The first season as a whole is easily the weakest one, though it does find its footing pretty strongly in the second half of the season, which is a truly great stretch of episodes. The show has more or less only improved with each new season since then. I suppose I may certainly have a bias towards it as it really feels like a show that was made for me, and I can see why it may not work for a lot of other people to the same extent. But, personally, I find that once it gets good, it is absolutely hilarious like nothing else I've ever seen, and showcases some of the finest creativity and talent that's at work in entertainment today. The animation is beautiful, the universe it creates for itself is breathtaking and original, it has some of the most creative and ingenious individual episodes of television that I've ever seen, and its emotional intelligence is nothing short of staggering. Again, really couldn't recommend this enough. And one thing's for sure: it's way, way better than that piece-of-shit Rick and Morty. (Though they're very different shows & I've never found the constant comparison between them to be very apt.)

Also I'm glad I'm not the only one who fucking hates Rick and Morty. Such an obnoxious show.
