The definition of a 'blockbuster movie' can be a bit flimsy, so I'll just let you decide what is and what isn't.
1) Dunkirk 2) Mad Max: Fury Road 3) Inception 4) Skyfall 5) War for the Planet of the Apes 6) Logan 7) Gravity 8) Interstellar 9) The Hunger Games: Catching Fire 10) Super 8
HM: Captain America: The Winter Soldier The Dark Knight Rises Rise & Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Edge of Tomorrow Star Wars: The Force Awakens Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Expecting Blade Runner 2049 to make a dent here next week. I'm hoping it tops the list. Right now I'm just trying to keep expectations in check.

The definition of blockbuster is a bit vague and I wouldn't agree with that classification for some of the choices here. Are we including animated? Anyway-
1. Toy Story III 2. Inside Out 3. Spectre 4. Skyfall 5. Dunkirk 6. Arrival 7. Interstellar 8. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol 9. The Dark Knight Rises 10.The Man From UNCLE

Oh, boy. This is going to be hard.
I'm only including live-action films that hasve the budget of $100 million or higher.
This is my list when I judge films more "objectively": 10. The Martian 9. The Avengers 8. Skyfall 7. Hugo 6. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 5. Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens 4. Mad Max: Fury Road 3. War for the Planet of the Apes 2. Dunkirk 1. Gravity
Honorable mentions: -Captain America: Civil War -Edge of Tomorrow -Guardians of the Galaxy -The Jungle Book -Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
If I go for personal favorites, it's much easier: 10. Edge of Tomorrow 9. Spider-Man: Homecoming 7. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 6. The Jungle Book 5. Pacific Rim 4. Doctor Strange 3. The Avengers 2. Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens 1. Guardians of the Galaxy
Honorable mentions: -Ant-Man -Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows -The Hobbit extended trilogy -Star Trek Into Darkness -Wonder Woman

I'll just name the best blockbusters of each year. Trying to specify the correct definition and fitting a compact 10 is driving me insane.
2010: Inception 2011: The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo/Super 8 (depending on the preferred definition -intended as a moneymaker vs. just happened to make a lot) 2012: Django Unchained/Skyfall (see above) 2013: The Wolf of Wall Street/Gravity (see above) 2014: Interstellar 2015: The Revenant/Mad Max: Fury Road (see 2011-2013) 2016: La La Land/10 Cloverfield Lane 2017: War For The Planet of the Apes
I'd rank each film:
Inception The Wolf of Wall Street The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo The Revenant Mad Max: Fury Road War For The Planet of the Apes Django Unchained Gravity La La Land Skyfall Super 8 Interstellar 10 Cloverfield Lane
