Went to the Minnesota State Fair. Ate a pretty terribly and spent a lot of money doing so, read for about 3-4 hours so far hopefully that's what I'll do the rest of the night, watched a movie earlier.

Woke up at 1 pm after staying up until 6 am spewing cocaine-fueled Twin Peaks theories. Then I ate a slice of pizza and came to work where I had a rum and coke and watched the Federer match. Mostly bad habits today I guess?

Woke up and had Vanilla Chex for breakfast. Went to a Labor Day get-together with friends and ate a hamburger and chips, but drank a couple cups of water instead of alcohol. Went grocery shopping and only spent about $30. Came home to finish reading for class tomorrow and to prepare a presentation before eating dinner (trout with white rice and broccoli).

I used what I did yesterday as my checklist.
I read, I worked out (and since I keep a workout log, I therefore also kept a journal), and I had a healthy meal.
...but I also smoked, ate fast food, and played video games. I am in karmic balance..
