I'm a fan. I think she made the bottom half of my top 25 simply because I just have a lack of super strong performances. Still, really strong and creepy performance. I hope Spacek makes it, too, as I think she's even better.
EDIT: This was in reply to Piper Laurie.

She made my list, and her scenes with Osment were great (especially the one in the gif). I didn't think it'd be a surprise that she makes it, but I'm glad nonetheless.

In regards to Margaret Hamilton: Glad she didn't make it too high. She's good, and super iconic, but a re-watch recently left me a bit meh about it. I think Garland and Burt Lahr deserve more of the attention.

some really bizarre results so far. Lily Tomlin? Piper Laurie? Melora Waters?? Honestly, all (except Walters) aren't surprising if you've been with this board since the past few of these awards shows we've done. I know Laurie has made it before, and I think Tomlin has been on every single one of these lists. That being said, I haven't seen Tomlin, but I'm happy for the other two.

Yeah, Kathleen Byron! Terrifying stuff. Completely deserving. And Meryl was good in Adaptation, not great, but very good.

I'm late to this so a few overall thoughts for now:
I like Zeta-Jones in Chicago. Don't know if it's a Top 25 supporting actress performance but tbf I'd have to do a lot of thinking to come up with a Top 25 GOAT for any of the acting categories.
Need to rewatch The Sixth Sense.
Margaret Hamilton is fine, not a personal fav of mine but she played the part well.
