I've always wanted Dustin Hoffman to work with Noah Baumbach and Wes Anderson. I'm obviously so excited for The Meyerowitz Stories. Same with Maggie Smith, though I doubt we'll see her in any movies anytime soon.
Emma Stone - David Lynch (Idk, that La La Land directed by David Lynch spoof made me really wanna see her in a Lynch film). And can David Lynch also work with Christopher Walken some day? Won't that be 😍😍?
Naomi Watts - Jim Jarmush and Edgar Wright (this might be unpopular, but she'll nail a typical Edgar Wright character)
Cillian Murphy - David Fincher. Armie Hammer - The Coens (He was amazing in Free Fire)
You guys?

David Fincher - Leonardo Dicaprio
I want a full length film collab between these two. Hell, I wouldn't even mind if Fincher directed The Devil in the White City

Peter Weir - Gary Oldman and Edward Norton. Norton almost happened as he was talked about for the leading role in The Truman show.

Pacino's got a late career Last Tango in him (well maybe not, maybe The Humbling is close as he'll get, STFU "not that close" naysayers!) and if the stars aligned since that gonna be in France natch, I'll say Jacques Audiard.
