Saving up to buy it? Both the DVD and blu-ray are under $20.

We watched it in high school history class. That theme song bumps in the whip.

Saving up to buy it? Both the DVD and blu-ray are under $20. Even with being that low sometimes other things in life can be more important. Like hookers and blow.

It's amazing! I wish every remarkable historical character got this kind of treatment. I love how you get completely transported in the time period and feel like you're walking along the same streets and sitting in the same rooms. The way it's shot helps that immensely. Great performances, great writing, just great. Special shout-out to Stephen Dillane. He and Mark Rylance should team up to explore some great historical duo. Maybe even brothers.

Tom Hooper sold his soul to the devil to make that masterpiece, and the bill came due right after.

Tom Hooper gives us Helen Mirren in Elizabeth I, proceeds to make this epic which is as good as any film Spielberg ever made..... then gives us Hathaway , and then resurrects himself with Alicia Vikander. What a weird sequence of events. Jury is still out on Cats though - I won't judge it until I see it.
