so I looked them up and the untuned guitars and cacophonic instrumentals were very much intentional. It's definitely bad, but maybe they were in on the joke?  anyways, 1/10 - unlistenable |

never listened to the song all the way through. my old coworker would put it on to piss his supervisor off lmao. the story behind the band is interesting af tho (the dad forcing them into music and making them record the whole album in a day while they were on a ‘hot streak’ even tho they didn’t really know how to play and were even heckled at their performances). the fact zappa and cobain list it as one of their favorite albums too (you can actually hear some influence in zappas work).
i think it’s dogshit but there’s something kind of unique, innocent and ‘human’ about it that makes me smile and laugh when i hear it come on.
