I'm not referring to how they were just in this film, but as performers in general. For me:
1. Cher: The most naturally gifted out of the three even if she has the smallest filmography. Effortlessly charismatic and versatile performer.
2. Ricci: I put her slightly above Ryder because even though she doesn't have as many leading marquee performances, she's proven to be more reliable and more relaxed across a greater spectrum of roles/characters.
3. Ryder: Her general acting style hasn't aged particularly well, but she will always have a handful of great performances under her belt (e.g., Mermaids, Heathers, The Age of Innocence, Little Women, Celebrity, etc.). It's indisputable to me that she's the most "cinematic" out of the three, and really captured the zeitgeist of young Hollywood during the 80s and 90s.
