Took a while to get going, but Vincent Lindon certainly didn't disappoint .........

Inept arthouse drivel on "being yourself" skinwalking in the guise of a midnight movie. The murder of entertainment value is the scariest thing about this turd. Make horror horrifying again.
No wonder I champion the Adams Family when this "good for you" bullshit is poisoning genre fare these days.
Agathe Rousselle is hot tho, that bumps it up a star

Don't believe the hype I guess 5.5 / 10 .......it starts great and gets preposterous.............it's somewhere between a 5 and 6 - I COULD go lower........ but I'm in a good mood today, I recently killed a man, cheated on my taxes and it no longer hurts when I do this ...........I prefer Raw to this which itself starts great and gets preposterous but at least I can have a good steak afterwards with that one...... pacinoyes hot take: Julia Ducournau is a pretty one note director - possibly a horror poseur actually - and 2 Brits - who know horror about as well as they know dental care ffs - Prano Bailey Bond and Rose Glass - both made horrors that beat both of hers.........somebody should tell THAT to those fnckers at Cannes ......

I didn't care for Raw or the horror elements in this tbh... maybe I'm not a real horror fan*? (you're never going to see me finishing a 30 bloody days October marathon ). like I am going to remember this as the grief/acceptence story between it's leads... the first 30 mins here were the least favorite of mine actually.

Great performances and a couple sequences that are forever seared into my mind, but overall the movie doesn't work because it (like so many other recent Horror related projects) it fails to pick a lane and stay in it.

5 the faster society can move on from the pure "IT'S ALL SYMBOLISM" horror movies, the better off we shall be.

10/10 I had no idea this was so divisive I think it's brilliant, and it takes the concept of body horror to a whole new level.

Didn't like it; found it dumb. Preferred Raw, though even that was more mixed than outright positive.
