What sticks out for you? I posted this before in the Past Lives thread - but I also loved the ice skating / bumping into a former student scene in The Holdovers too * "Past Lives has "a thing" in it that I'm a sucker for in movies - and that I didn't mention in the OP: At the end she asks him "Will it be long?" - that wait for his Uber ; he says "2 minutes" iirc .........and then you sit there and wait while they stand there and wait ..........in silence...........and you REALLY feel that 2 minutes (or whatever it really is) Something like that is in many of my favorite movies - Stewart following Novak in his car .........Jake Gittes searching the office for a loooooooooooooooong time and finding, at that time it appears anyway "nothing" ......... That scene does not have to be staged that way and it's kind of brilliant that it is......" It's only 45 seconds in the movie though   |

Chapter one (from the opening credits to "How Soon is Now" fuck-up) and dinner with Tilda from The Killer. The Closure is memorable too.
I also like this one from Oppenheimer. Affleck gave the best "brief" performance of the lot imo.

And pacinoyes, if you love scenes which try to pull a real time effect on the viewer, you'll really dig what Ruben Östlund has got cooking for his next feature where he plans to have a 10-minute unbroken shot of a restless boy waiting for his turn to use an iPad. He already calls it "the walkout scene"  |

Several from Oppenheimer, but one not mentioned yet is the the gym scene where the sound cuts out. In the review thread, I mentioned how the way the sound of the audience clapping/cheering returns and hits you is like the delayed sound of the bomb’s explosion in the test sequence... like the delayed “shockwave” of moral reckoning and the consequences of your actions hitting you too late.

Either the fight in The Killer or that awkward sex scene in Dream Scenario (even though I didn't like the movie). So many things in The Holdovers too. The whole Christmas party sequence but that feels too long and cuts around too much for me to consider it a "scene" I think.
