anyways, that trailer is approaching Fargo-esque levels of accented hilariousness. I can see Deep Southerners not digging this one. I think it looks funny as hell. Channing Tatum will be fun to watch for a change.

I like pretty much everything he's done... but King of the Hill, Out of Sight, and Traffic would be a strong top 3. THE KNICK might actually be my favorite thing he's done, but you know... kind of apples and oranges.

Soderbergh shot it, edited it, and his AD "directed" it, having never actually directed a movie himself. Same kind of thing with Hooper/Spielberg's Poltergeist. King of the Hill is the one I'm most eager to see. Out of Sight and Traffic are both good but XXL is superior imo.

Reilly and another I haven't seen. But I understand your point. Have you watched The Knick? Oh I thought it was Jacobs' first thing for some reason. Anyway, I'm comfortable considering XXL a Soderbergh movie and I think it's a valid argument though I could understand opposing views. I have seen Season 1 of The Knick and I thought it was completely brilliant. One of my favourite seasons of any tv show. I haven't got around to season 2 yet though. Would you say it's on par with the first?

Looks good. Could Daniel Craig become a supporting actor contender? The release date doesn't help though.

I've seen the first two, liked both, especially The Informant, but I still think XXL is better than both. I will definitely check out Contagion.

Looking good. I didn't know this would be a straight-up comedy (I knew it had elements of comedy, but I thought it was more a dramedy-type affair). Craig looks to be absolutely hilarious, "we are dealing with science here!"
Sidenote: the top comment on youtube is hilarious as well, "It's good to see Adam upholding the Skywalker tradition of losing a hand."
