That Juliard training is no joke. A lot of the best American screen actors of the last 40 years came out of there. Also want to mention that Homicide episode of him and Steve Buscemi going tit for tat was a pleasure to watch in regards to acting. People sleep on 90s TV. That Gordon Pratt three-parter on Homicide is excellent and really does showcase so much of that show's greatness. I often return to that + the "Three Men and Adena" episode with Moses Gunn, because those episodes are truly timeless.

A huge loss of talent.
Just want to give a shout out to his performance in Men of a Certain Age, which I didn't see mentioned yet.

David Simon said that NBC/Universal are working on clearing the music rights for Homicide: Life On The Street for streaming.
Would be fantastic for Homicide to gain a new audience on streaming, especially as Braugher gave one of the seminal performances in TV history.

I spent the holiday weekend binging Homicide and Brooklyn Nine-Nine episodes and man, Braugher gave us two all-timers in both drama and comedy. I'll never be able to eat a bagel again without thinking of him celebrating Wuntch's death with such glee.
