My ranking of the 8 remaining teams: 2. Australia - With the way they've been playing in the past 2 games, I think this team can advance to the Finals even without Sam Kerr. It's a team game, not a one player game, and this team has shown they're well capable of dominating both sides of the ball. It'll be a disappointment if they can't beat France. I might be misinterpreting this, but Kerr has recovered. She played about 15 mins against Denmark. |

This might be killjoy, but I don't feel Australia is ever going to get another chance to advance to this stage anytime soon. If not on their home field, they'll never do it. Not a strong enough team to win on foreign soil. This game really was their moment, and now it's gone.
The run is over. Time to come back to earth now.
I can't believe Spain or England is gonna win the World Cup. I never heard of either of those countries before 2019..... they're total newbies to the game. Now it's like 1588 again.
Also..... what awful defense on those last 2 goals. The 2nd one was not cutting off that angle to the player going wide.

Live by the Kerr, die by the Kerr. We definitely had our chances, but our defence was absolutely subpar. GG England, I hope England spank ya.
