Learned about this the other day. Georgia is (or should I say "was") the third largest grower of peaches in the United States. Thanks to the warm winter, 90% of the peaches crop have been wiped out. The shortage is impacting the Georgia economy. Has your farming communities been impacted by climate change? It is going to become more of a problem. Georgia loves their peaches. They are the peach state. Lets hope their peaches will make a comeback in 2024.
