NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY
My personal thoughts on eligibility are that I don't want to get bogged down in searching for every movie's release date. If you have a question about eligibility, post it here or shoot me a PM and we'll sort it out.

Here are some films worth watching that would probably make a few of my lineups: I'm gonna call this as ineligible, since it was allowed in 1999 (and received a nomination or two). The same goes for Nolan's Following. Maybe I should do a poll for clear eligibility rules, just to make sure we're all on the same page. I like the simplicity of first festival release, as it makes things easier to judge. But traditionally, this poll has been working on first non-festival release. Either way, I don't think it is fair to include After Life twice.

Looking forward to your awards albums ... if you are still doing them I'm working on a massive overhaul of all lineups and all videos from 1915 to present. I promise it will all be worth it in the end, but it is a herculean undertaking.
