WASHINGTON, Aug 1 (Reuters) - Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a U.S. strike in Afghanistan over the weekend, President Joe Biden said on Monday, the biggest blow to the militant group since its founder Osama bin Laden was killed in 2011. Zawahiri, an Egyptian surgeon who had a $25 million bounty on his head, helped coordinate the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people. www.reuters.com/world/cia-carried-out-drone-strike-afghanistan-us-officials-say-2022-08-01/

Wow you’re telling me we never had to be occupying the country and turning it into a money laundering machine to kill the terrorists?

Biden takes down the Big Boss. Now, lets get that climate change and inflation reduction acts passed. Meanwhile the GOP can't stop talking about Lia Thomas and supporting discrimination in the cafeteria.
I guess Biden is making America Great Again!

This guy hasn't been relevant in well over a decade, the idea of Al-Qaeda posing a serious threat in 2022 is laughable.

This guy hasn't been relevant in well over a decade, the idea of Al-Qaeda posing a serious threat in 2022 is laughable. He was behind the 9/11 attacks and took over for Bin Laden. He is indeed the Big Boss. Al-Qaeda is still a threat, the world has done a great job of keeping these people at bay. Why can't we be happy that both wicked witches are dead?
