SAG nominees: Caitríona Balfe, Cate Blanchett, Ariana DeBose, Kirsten Dunst, Ruth Negga
Lets see where this conversation goes. I suspect we're going to have a consensus view.
Just like with the Best Supporting Actor category, only 2 of the 5 nominees are up for the Oscars. We have Ariana DeBose and Kirsten Dunst. Caitríona Balfe was a surprise miss. She basically had everything going for her: Nominated for the big four precursors, and starred in a major best picture and best original screenplay contender.
Ariana DeBose won the LA Film Critics and Golden Globe trophy. Ruth Negga took home Best Supporting Actress at the NFSC awards. Caitríona Balfe is the only nominee here up for 2 SAG awards -- Supporting Actress and Best Ensemble.
If we look at total best supporting actress trophies won, we have DeBose with 14 wins, Dunst and Negga with 10 wins, and Balfe with 2 wins.
Statistically, the SAG Best Supporting Actress winner has gone on to win the Oscar 74% of the time. There have only been 7 misses over the years. You had Emily Blunt in 2019, Rudy Dee in 2008, Helen Mirren in 2002, Judi Dench in 2001, Kathy Bates in 1999, Lauren Bacall in 1997, and Kate Winslet in 1996.

I think (and sure hope!) that DeBose wins but I can sort of imagine a scenario with Balfe or Dunst getting it too.
