What happened with Paul Walter Hauser?

If he hadn’t deleted his Twitter, I would have had to unfollow him, at least until he got a grip again. It’s too bad because generally before that he seemed like an okay person.


I didn’t see it when it happened, but there’s some receipts on Twitter. I guess it started when he called the story psychotic, and when people criticized him he got more unhinged like saying he was going to break their arms and that they were trying to trick him into being canceled. 

Although it’s fun to see them put their feet in their mouths, celebrities should not be on social media. 

Thanks Morton! I guess Paul is still in character from Cobra Kai.

Love the love for all the Hamaguchi players, especially Park Yoo-rim. Big fan of the Modak, Isaac, Pascariu and Servillo mentions since they’ve all been under-appreciated this year. I found Azor to be a bit meh though.

Everyone complaining about this list on Twitter are dumb.

Tessa Thompson really should've gotten more traction this year. Too bad she was overshadowed by showboating biopic performances.

This is just as  silly a take on them not listing him here. What's he supposed to be nominated for this year...Matrix 4  (   a film in which he actually  did give the best performance , despite the movie not being very good).

Yes, his placement  was probably  an adovocacy thing. But they could honestly think he's the 4th best whatever of the century and still not think he's  done anything that should be up for Oscar this year without any contradiction. This is a such a strange, Film Twitter-ish axe to grind, as that other list and this list have absolutely nothing to do with each other. It's just their list of whom they'd personally nod this year, and as with most things to do with art, subjective.  It's it's  own thing.

The vast majority of the actors on their Greatest Actors Of The 21st Century list aren't  on it (even the current best actress frontrunner Kidman,  whom they rated the 5th Best Actor of the 21st Century), even if they've had films out last year. Isabelle Huppert  had a movie out last year, was 2nd on their Greatest  actors  list and isn't  on this Oscars list. What does that mean as to how they rated her? Absolutely nothing. Seems odd to target Keanu. 

I mean there's like 4 of them. Pick your poison.

I have seen none of these movies.
