Still gotta say it's Peter Jackson's best.

Incredible. Glad to see there are a number of fans of this film on here. I watch it about once a year and every year I love it more and more. It just makes me happy.

LOVE that movie! It ranks just behind Evil Dead II as my favorite horror/comedy. It forever changed how I look at lawnmowers. I still think The Fellowship Of The Ring is Jackson's crowning achievement, but Braindead is definitely #2 in his filmography (probably followed by The Frighteners and Heavenly Creatures).

It's pretty hilarious. One of the best horror comedies, and definitely among Jackson's finest.

I just finished it and honestly didn't care for it. Some of it is humorous and the practical effects are top notch, but as a film overall it just didn't click with me.

As amazing as LotR and King Kong are, I gotta agree, Braindead/Dead Alive is still his magnum opus, fuckin phenomenal that film is
