Would you be okay with it. Aside from being one of the more enjoyable MCU flicks in recent memory, I loved Leung’s performance. He brought equal parts menace, charisma, and gravitas. I don’t see it happening and if it did it would only be out of respect for him, but I think he would be a fine nominee.

I mean I haven't seen hardly anything, and one of the things I haven't seen is 5 supporting actor performances better than his, so I wouldn't complain. I thought the movie would have been far better off being about him, and seeing him with an Oscar nom would be pretty cool. I also had no idea he could speak English that well, so I was sort of blown away on all fronts  |

Of course, Leung was amazing and an Oscar nomination would be very deserving. That being said, I'm also in the deeply unpopular and super biased opinion that film itself should be nominated for Best Picture and other techs haha.

Then that would be the definition of deserving. He gave the best performance in the entire MCU history. The layers, the depth, the nuance, I was totally blown away by his performance. One of the world's finest Isabelle Huppert was made an Academy nominee not too long ago, hopefully Tony's turn is just around the corner.

He's obviously extremely overdue and he was good enough in the movie where I could believe him being in the 5 spot. Depends on who he would beat out for the spot.

Maybe this Will HelP him to won an hononary Oscar in 20 years, or being cast as lead ir co lead in an important film.
