I've tried :
frogs (so gross ! puke) grilled snails with garlic (tastes like heaven !) gator (tastes like a cross between turkey and trout) shark (tastes like your usual fish but flavoured with very smelly black pudding) ostrich (tastes like beef ! very thick !)
Not that it's really important but I'm vegetarian now. I haven't eaten meat in 12 years.I'm not regreting it at all.Good for my health and I'm glad I'm no longer contributing to the suffering of countless animals.

Let's see...
Turkey, quail, duck Veal (my grandfather owned a dairy farm - this was the fate of the male calves, unfortunately) Lamb Frog Rabbit Alligator
I think that's all. Barring turkey (which I love), I honestly don't care for any of them that much - I'll stick to chicken, pork, beef, and seafood.

Turkey - Not really a fan at all. Duck - Love the skin. Snails - Mmm, I haven’t had these in forever. My mom used to cook all kinds of delicious food, and I can have almost zero culinary skills. Venison - Had it once or twice when I was younger. I thought it was too gamey. Frog legs - I didn’t like the taste of them at all. So many kinds of seafood. I still feel guilty about eating shark fin soup about 15 to 20 years ago. It was delicious though lol. I also feel a little bit guilty about all the live lobster that I would buy when at the store with my mom; although I’ve been craving it for the past few weeks that I’m tempted to actually boil a lobster.

Oh I've tried duck and rabbit too. Duck was delicious but rabbit was gross.
