0 for me. I'm not at all picky with food. I don't understand what you guys have against liver though. It's among the best meat dishes. We traditionally eat Kokoretsi here in Greece every Easter, which is goat or lamb offal (everything from liver to heart and lungs), wrapped in the intestines and it's an absolute delicacy. We also have Magiritsa, another traditional dish, which is soup from lamb liver and it is also very tasty (actually among my favorite soups).

The in-between slime state is terrible. I normally like the bits of meat that aren't the "prime" parts, but they almost all have an unpleasant mouthfeel. In the case of pork intestine, the meat is so good that I don't mind it. In the case of any kind of feet or any kind of liver, I can't get past the consistency of the meat.
