Same goes for International Film, normally one of the most ( if not the most ) consistent category, is a itof a mess, just saw Better Days and is so cloying and sappy, Dear Comrades and A Sun should be here or any of the 5 or so I saw from the shortlist. Not to mention it blatantly plagiarised two Japanese novels. You can literally compare the scenes to the words. It's pathetic.

Göransson in Score is the biggest one. More deserving than any of the nominees tbh (except for maybe Soul). Also, Mank in Screenplay. Ironic that a film about a screenwriter and writing didn't get a screenplay nomination.

Btw the worst snubs are production design, costume design, and score for The Personal History of David Copperfield.
