Age of every acting Oscar nominee?

Age by winners is easy to find, but I’m having trouble finding a summary for every nominee ever at the time of their nomination. Anyone know where this might be available? Or if someone better with Excel then me could calculate it quickly? It’s for a project I’m working on.
