Since you know....it's turkey sandwiches and..........re-heated leftover Thanksgiving stuff for the forseeable future What's a non-Thanksgiving food that you enjoy even more on the 2nd day than the first?

Partial to heated-up jambalaya, maybe it’s just the way my fam makes it but I jam for days after the initial sizzle

I'm a simple man and I like simple things... lightly toasted white bread, turkey, gravy, topped with another slice of toasted bread. DONE.
That or a really easy turkey bowl: mashed, chopped up turkey, veggies, and gravy up top.

I’m not really a fan of turkey, but ham is good to use on sandwiches the next day. I rarely cook lol, so I don’t have as many leftovers as those that host the meal do. Plus it can be hit and miss on what they have. Like I love sweet potatoes, but for some reason, the two relatives that I visited the last few years on Thanksgiving never make it. They don’t do cranberry sauce at all too, so I miss it even though I only ever ate the kind that comes out of can at Thanksgiving . Macaroni and cheese is always great though anytime, and that’s been a staple so far no matter whose house I’ve gone to.

Oh honey, I think a jug of Margaritas tastes just as good the next day and can easily be 'freshened up' by adding more Tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice...

Just made about 2 gallons of turkey soup that I shared with the neighbors... this time was a bit different in that I put some cranberry sauce in the broth and it came out AMAZING.
I was originally going to make it a cream soup, but I didn't feel like going to the store to buy flour, so standard soup it was!
