Piper at the Gates of Dawn. All downhill after Syd.

The Dark Side of the Moon is the greatest album of all-time, which makes this an easy one for me even if The Wall is also top 5.

Today I say The Dark Side of the Moon, another day I might have said Wish You Were Here. Both among my five favorite albums of all time.

The Dark Side of the Moon is the best Floyd album I've heard and the second best album I've heard in general.

The Dark Side of The Moon Didn't know you listened to Pink Floyd. I've listened to some of their albums. My dad was into them a bit, when I was growing up. Great band, of course!

I just went through and finally listened to all the albums of theirs I've put off listening to for a while, and I'm in the minority that thinks they hit their stride starting with A Saucerful of Secrets and ending with Wish You Were Here. Everything after, and especially Piper at the Gates of Dawn, was not very good, in my opinion (save a couple of moments from The Wall).
Which is a shame because Dark Side of the Moon was the first I listened to, and is still easily the best. A shame they never put out anything close to it (though Atom Heart Mother is probably the closest for me, which I know is an unpopular opinion, but it's still a very distant second).
