I ran this poll many moons ago on the old board (albeit a top 25), and I thought it was time to expand and do this again — throwing that dumb eligibility I had out the window. Last time there was discussion about motion capture and puppetry involving too much physicality to count solely as voice work, plus performances that were a combination (such as Dourif in Child’s Play) not being eligible. So never mind all that, I think if a performance is predominately voice acting it should fly.
Any questions, let me know!

FYC: Whoever did the voice acting of Alpha 60 in Alphaville (1965) John Hurt - Watership Down (1978) Gyorgy Cselhami - Son Of The White Mare (1981) Christopher Benjamin - The Plague Dogs (1982) Chiwa Saito - Madoka Magica Yu Aoi - The Case Of Hana And Alice (2015)
Audrey II (Levi Stubbs) - Little Shop of Horrors Narrator (Alec Baldwin) - The Royal Tenenbaums Chucky (Brad Dourif) - Child's Play Rocket (Bradley Cooper) - Guardians of the Galaxy Jessica Rabbit (Kathleen Turner) - Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Mercedes McCambridge - The Exorcist Elizabeth Hartman - The Secret of NIMH Jon Lovitz - The Brave Little Toaster Christine Cavanaugh - Babe Mark Hamill - Batman: Mask of the Phantasm Roger Jackson - Scream
Here's a possibly borderline case: Anthony Hopkins in Magic. He plays Corky, but is also the voice of Fats. The thing is, Corky is on screen through most of the movie even when Fats is talking to him, and I think he's even supplying Fats's voice through ventriloquism while playing Corky. I'd lean towards him not being eligible, but I want to throw it out there.

was working on my ballot the other day and oooh boy this is gonna be tough. Had to take a break but I'll just say this, don't neglect the Disney princesses! Especially Adriana Caselotti as Snow White (legendary voice) and Paige O'Hara as Belle.
I'll probably have something to submit by the weekend,
