Oh yeah, this one for me too, specifically 11:50-12:10.

It's typically something musical. I have an anecdote that's relevant which is that when I started working a warehouse job where we couldn't listen to music or anything and often assigned tasks alone, I spent the first few weeks playing movies in my head that I knew inside out. There were a few times where even just imagining it and really letting it all run out in my mind, I got a tight chest the same as if I was watching the movie again, maybe more.
Those included the Rohirrim Charge from Return of the King already mentioned, and these two from Back to the Future

I’m probably the only person in the world who would get goosebumps from this scene, but I always do and I can’t explain why.

I second the "Earth Angel" scene in Back to the Future and the end of Fearless on top of these.

Yeah, it's all about the music.
My immediate thought was the ending of Kill Bill: Vol. 1. Even now before posting the link I got that wave of goosebumps all over again. THE best combination of a killer line, a killer reveal, a pitch perfect cut to black on a precise musical moment, and with a perfect musical composition. Holy shit.

As JangoB said, the music is so vital and goes hand in hand with those movie moments that stick with us. Big one for me:

A lot of outstanding choices so far.
The #1 choice for me is still the ending to The Dark Knight. I remember watching it opening night in a packed theater and when it ended, the theater audience literally erupted in applause. To this day, I've never had a movie experience quite like that haha. Nolan is a genius!

Wonky said "something musical" and I immediately went to one of my favorite movies:

Yeah, it's from Major League. I've seen this movie at least 50 times (maybe more) over the years and it still does it every single time. Pretty much right at the 1:50 mark. I've seen countless baseball movies and this scene is by FAR the most realistic.

It would have somehow been more moving if this was The Duke's swan song: Sports again. So damn dramatic: Even reading the book didn't prepare me for this: The opening right on is Lady Liberty is genius:

I forgot one.
"Get some rest, Pam. You look tired."
Between that and Heat, I guess Moby really does it for me apparently.
